Founded in 2017 in Leicester, Boo Burger quickly gained a loyal following for its handcrafted American-style burgers, made with Aberdeen Angus beef and unique creations like The Haystack.
With new locations opening in Nottingham and Manchester, Boo was named one of the UK’s top 30 ‘badass burger joints’ in 2021 by the Leicester Mercury.
Challenges
